Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is useful in treating peri-menopausal
(beginning menopause) or post-menopausal women who want to reduce hot flashes,
night sweats, and improve the quality of their sleep. HRT is also helpful in
improving mood, concentration, and memory, as well as libido.  Women who are on
HRT also experience a lower incidence of osteoporosis and are able to maintain better
muscle massand strength which are key components to successful long-term weight
management.

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) can also be useful in treating men suffering from symptoms associated with andropause (the male equivalent of menopause). Typical symptoms include low testosterone, chronic fatigue, loss of libido, erectile
dysfunction (ED), irritability, depression, and reduced muscle mass and strength.

At After Hours Aesthetics we take great pride in our ability to prescribe personalized
Bio-identical Hormone HRT "regimens" that are uniquely tailored to meet our patients'
individual needs.  After a detailed review of your personal history, together with your
laboratory and physical exam results, we can design an HRT regimen that is just right
for you to optimize YOUR hormonal balance.  We then carefully monitor and modify
(fine tune) your regimen over time, as your needs change.

Fee Schedule and Payment For Services: 

Payment is required prior to your appointment.  Except for lab work (which is generally covered by insurance), we do NOT accept insurance for bio-identical hormone therapy appointments.  The initial visit is $250 and will take approximately an hour.  Follow-up visits are $100 per visit, and are required until we feel that your hormones have been properly balanced.  After your hormones have been properly balanced, we will ask that you come in for a follow-up visit at least once every six months for on-going monitoring and evaluation.
